"Out of the Box" Collage

Tuesdays | 1-3pm | Weekly July 7-August 4 (5 Sessions) Free and open to students 12-18 years of age | 12 spots | Registration required through the Art Space website Class Description Students will create a final three-dimensional, multi-sided collage box that becomes a personal work of expression, and a useful object to store your favorite things! Imagery, symbolism, color, and mixed media techniques will come together to explore identity, growth, emotions, and what it means to think outside the box! Students will be introduced to the basics of collage techniques, composition, symbolism, and visual storytelling. No previous experience is needed; just curiosity and a willingness to create!
