Description

Tuesdays | 4:30-5:15 pm | January 27, 2026 - April 14, 2026 (10 sessions, no class on February 17th and April 7th). Public Performance date | Thursday, April 23, 2026. Free and open to students 4th - 8th grade | 15 spots available. Registration required through the Art Space website. Class description This course offers ukulele fundamentals to help any student begin their journey. In this course, you'll learn how to read notes and play beginning chords and melodies on the ukulele. Meanwhile, you will form connections with friends, learn skills that you can take with you outside of our classroom, and gain confidence. ****IMPORTANT: Please notify us in advance if the student will miss 1 or more classes (or wishes to withdraw completely). We keep our classes small, so there is usually a waiting list. If one student registers but doesn't show up, another interested student loses the opportunity to participate.****
