Saturday October 4 |11am- 2pm | The Norwalk Art Space | Free and open to students 12-18 years old |15 spots| Registration required through The Art Space website. NOTE: All students may only register for 2 art sessions within the Brushes for Peace Series (not including sessions 4 & 5). Class Description Session #2: Understanding Community and Diversity with visiting artist Tiara Trent • Group discussion: The importance of community in peacebuilding. • Collaborative art project: Create a collaborative art piece. • Individual painting time: Expressing cultural diversity through art. • Share your progress and thoughts with peers.
