Conveniently located off of I-95 in Norwalk, ADK House is debuting a contemporary, airy, and artistic new event space. Featuring a 2200 sq ft gallery, versatile loft space, and 450 sq ft separate dining area,
ADK House offers many flexible options to plan your next special event.

Exclusive catering at ADK House is provided by Marcia Selden Catering.
ADK House supervisor is required to be on-site and readily available during all private events.
Generally, no outside food/beverages allowed (not including cakes/kosher items/special situations).
Lower-level classroom and artist studio spaces are closed to guests during events.
There is one (ADA compliant) unisex restroom on the main gallery level and two (ADA compliant) unisex restrooms on the lower floor (with flexible use vestibule).
Friday - Saturday outside music must end at 10:00 PM.
During the week, Sunday-Thursday must be off by 9:00 PM.
Please be considerate of the neighborhood with the noise level from live bands/DJ.
Size of the main interior event rooms:
Main Gallery 40’x 58' (2200 sq ft - occupancy 241), Loft 19’ x 10', Foyer 21’ 10', Cafe Dining Area 33' x 14' (450 sq ft)
The front patio is approximately 60’x22’ (not counting the sidewalk).
6 Parking spots are available on-site. Depending on your event, you have the option to have your guests self-park in two adjacent lots or we can provide a quote for valet service. (No overnight parking allowed) PARKING MAP.
Touring ADK House:
The space may be viewed during normal business hours, Wednesday through Sunday 11–6PM. Please call 203-252-2840 to schedule a tour outside of those hours and we will work to accommodate you.
The individual signing the rental contract assumes all responsibility for the rental.
ADK House requires the renter to obtain insurance naming The Norwalk Art Space as an additional insured on a $1,000,000 policy which covers Bodily Injury and Property Damage, and $1,000,000 Aggregate.
