Service Description

Mondays | 3:45 - 5:45pm | September 25 - November 20, 2023 (8 sessions) No class on October 9th (Columbus Day) Free and open to students 12 - 18 yrs of age | 12 spots available Discover, sharpen, and strengthen your skills to approach painting with confidence! This still-life painting course is ideal for the absolute beginner or those with minimal experience. Students will learn how to arrange still-life objects and explore different composition styles. We will learn color theory and how to apply acrylic paint to develop a firm foundation for future work. We will dive into painting together! ****IMPORTANT: Please notify us ahead of time if the student will miss 1 or more classes (or wishes to withdraw completely). We keep our classes small, so there is usually a waiting list. If one student registers but doesn't show up, it means another interested student loses out on the opportunity to participate.****
