Thanks to their support, we've been working to increase opportunities and equity in the local arts and educational communities by:

Offering free high-caliber art and music education and mentorship to under-served local students

Sponsoring and promoting underrepresented Connecticut artists through free residency and fellowship programs, free studio space, and free exhibition space

Providing the public an exciting venue and sculpture garden to explore art, enjoy music, and stimulate conversation, admission-free

Supporting the Norwalk Public Schools with professional development days and art resources

Giving artists teaching experience and opportunities to further enhance their careers
Since opening our doors in June 2021, we have:

Welcomed over 23,000 visitors into our beautiful museum, ADK House, admission-free

Provided free art and music classes and art enrichment activities to over 1,000 local students

Offered 21 semester-long art classes, 7 artist talks and 10 workshops

Held 21 free art exhibitions displaying incredible work by local artists, 5 to 93 years old

Sponsored 17 brilliant Resident Artists and Korry Fellows and watched them thrive, learn, create and teach in our space

Formed a partnership with SONO Collection to give our exhibitions a second viewing in their Magnificent Room gallery

Received an ACE (Arts & Culture Empowerment) Award from the Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County and a Preservation Award for ADK House from Preservation Connecticut

Established the Petty-Drayton Music Program and partnered with INTEMPO to offer classical and intercultural music classes beginning in January 2023
